We are a start-up dedicated to helping individuals gain control over how their personal data is stored and shared online. To do this, we created an automated search system to help individuals locate where their pesonal data is being exposed on the public (surface) web. And in the near future, we will be providing users with support in requesting to have their data removed or amended on any online source.

You can read more about us here.

Our mission is to help people maintain their privacy and fight the uncontrolled spread of individuals’ personal data across the Web. We are concerned about the security of your data, use all the necessary modern means of protection, and operate in accordance with the GDPR.

Absolutely not.

Everything we do is in full accordance with the GDPR and the Data Protection Act of 2018. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent and we certainly do not sell it.

Moreover, all audit reports are permanently, irreversibly deleted after 15 days. You can also delete them sooner, if you wish. And you may also permanently delete your account at any time.

Currently, we are offering users the opportunity to try out our audit feature for free. In the future, users will only be granted one free audit upon registration. We will also be offering some additional services that will be provided on a fee basis.

Currently, we only offer the option of running an audit, which allows you to see where your personal data is being exposed online. We do not currently provide any assistance in the deletion or amendment of personal data.

We do plan to introduce such services in 2019. However, these services will initially be available only to UK citizens. Additionally, we will be offering templates to other users, so that they can independently contact companies and organizations regarding their personal data.

Unless the information published contains personal data about you (e.g. e-mail, phone number, etc.), it is not regulated under the GDPR or the Data Protection Act of 2018. Therefore, we cannot assist you with its removal. Instead, we suggest you consult a lawyer to discuss other options you may have.

The «not about me» button does not delete your personal data. At this time, we are not providing any support in the deletion or amendment of personal data; we only offer audit reports showing where your personal data is exposed online.

The «not about me» button is meant to provide us with feedback regarding how accurate the results of the audit were. If the audit shows information about other people (i.e. not you), you can click on the «not about me» button to let us know. This feedback allows us to improve our services.

At this time, our services are only available in Europe.

However, in the future, we do plan on becoming available in other countries. If you would like to be notified when our services become available in your country, please take a minute to fill out this survey.

If you are having difficulty inputting or verifying your number on our website, please do the following:
a. Check to make sure your country is on the list of options.
b. Double check to ensure that you have selected the right country/country code.
c. Input your phone number in the international format (e.g. for UK numbers you do not include the zero).
d. Ensure that you have put in your area code (if applicable).
e. Allow 5 to 10 minutes for the verification text message to arrive.

If you continue experiencing issues after doing the above, please contact us and we will do our best to help out.

We operate in full compliance with European legislation, including GDPR. We search for and collect data ONLY after you register and provide proof of your identity. We do not store or collect information about your without your consent.

Our system is hosted on Amazon’s AWS service and all data is stored in accordance with current EU legislation. We start searching for your data only after you register and issue an appropriate request through our system. All data is then stored on our servers for no longer than 15 days, after which it is irretrievably destroyed. You can also request to have your data be deleted at any time.
